Shipping and Delivery

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. You will receive an estimated real-time shipping rate when you input your location information at the “View Cart” page. We will estimate shipping and delivery rates for you based on the availability of your items, the shipping options you choose, and your location’s distance from our warehouse. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Estimated Shipping Time

We try to provide you with the most accurate shipping time possible. However, once we have shipped an order, it is out of our control, so please note that there may be delays due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we cannot provide any discounts or refunds solely based on shipping delays. 

Rescheduling Deliveries

We understand that things come up that may impact whether you can receive a delivery on a certain day. To reschedule a delivery, please contact us here and we will be more than happy to reschedule the delivery, but it will be subject to a rescheduling fee, based on the weight of the item. If you are not at home at the time of the delivery and you have not provided us with any notice beforehand, you will be subject to a rescheduling fee, as well as the original and rescheduled shipping cost.
