We offer many payment types including all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
Do you offer financing?

You will have to pay sales tax based on your state sales tax laws.

What is a wish list?
On our website, you can add products to your wish list by clicking the heart on the product page. Then, when you’re ready to purchase, you can find all the items you loved easily by just viewing your wish list located in the menu bar after you’ve signed in to your Ana Furniture account.
How do I sign up for your newsletter?
Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page of our website! Simply input your email where it says subscribe to our newsletter.
When will I receive my order? Can I track my order?
You can check the status your order by signing into your Ana Furniture Account and clicking on orders. Once your product is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will make is easy to track your order and figure out when it will arrive. Or you can visit our Track my Order page.
Do you do international shipping?
At this time, we do not do international shipping. For more details, please visit our Shipping and Delivery page.
Do delivery fees cover assembly?
No, delivery fees do not cover assembly. You can put together the item yourself or add assembly for a product-dependent fee.
How much is delivery?

Can I pick up my furniture?
Yes, you can pick up your furniture from our warehouse located at 2951 Whipple Road, Union City CA 94587.
Do you offer customized products?
Yes! We offer special order products where you can choose the color, orientation, fabric and more!
Why should I create an Ana Furniture account?
Creating an Ana Furniture account makes it easy for you to view and track your orders all in one place. Additionally, you can create a wishlist, to make future shopping seamless and easy. If you opt-in to our newsletter service, you will also receive sale notifications and personalized emails.
What if one of my items is Out of Stock or gets delayed?
If one of your items goes out of stock, you will receive an email notifying you. Then, you can decide to wait for the product to come back in stock, or you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
