Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Returns:

Please inspect your items thoroughly before signing for the delivery. If you find the item has any imperfections or missing parts, please contact us here. We will schedule a repair or part replacement at no charge. If the item is damaged and unusable, you should refuse the delivery and contact us here. We will reschedule your delivery. Damaged item photos will be required.

If you change your mind or you are not happy of your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us here within 7 days of delivery, we are happy to help you return your item.

Conditions for return:

  • Returns must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted on clearance items, as-is items, or floor model items.
  • Special order items are non-refundable and cannot be changed or returned.
  • Delivery fees and assembly charges are non-refundable.
  • If returned items need to be picked up from your home, you will be charged a pickup fee
  • Return items are subjected to 30% restocking fee.
  • Returns are subjected to inspection before your refund can be issued.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund process.
  • No returns after 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges:

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us here within 7 days of delivery. Exchange for the same item of equal value or higher value will not incur any restocking fee. However, an additional delivery fee is subject to apply. Exchange for lesser value will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus an additional delivery fee. No exchanges after 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation:

Please contact us here to request a cancellation. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will process your cancellation and refund. If your order has been pulled and packed for delivery, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied. Special order items cannot be cancelled.
